Craig gave an honest assessment and said my problem was only with low air. They kindly inflated all my tyres and provided me with a couple of tyre caps which were missing. I received a warm and friendly welcome and was seen to a short while later after calling them just 15 minutes earlier. While I was awaiting I was able to observe their professionalism, expertise and efficiency while working on other jobs. I didn't need a new tyre in the end, but the price they quoted me for a 205/55 R16 V tyre was cheaper than anybody else in the vicinity. When it comes to replacing my tyres I'll be coming back here first. They only do tyres, but from what I have experienced, they are super proficient in what they do.
